Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule the appointment please contact us at least 24 hours in advance

​Cancellation, rescheduling and missed appointments:

  1. In case you have paid already, however, you are cancelling/rescheduling more than 24 hours before the session, your payment will be carried over to the next session or a full refund will be made (whatever is applicable).

  2. In case you have paid already, however, you are cancelling/rescheduling in less than 24 hours before the session, full-session charges will apply and no refund or carry forward will be done. Only in certain cases (such as a medical emergency) the therapist may decide to completely or partially waive it off, however, it is completely the therapist's decision.

  3. In case you have verbally confirmed the slot to the admin and have stated that you will be making the payment, but you end up cancelling in less than 24 hours or you do not turn up for the session, you are still supposed to pay for the entire session in order to compensate for the therapist's loss of time.

  4. In case you have paid already, and the therapist is cancelling/rescheduling the session, the payment will be carried over to the next session or a full refund will be made (whatever is applicable).

  5. If you miss/cancel/reschedule a given slot two consecutive times, that slot might be given to someone else and you will need to connect with us afresh to avail a new slot. Further, for any given reason if you are taking a break from therapy for two weeks or more, you need to contact us to avail a fresh slot. In either of these circumstances, we will not be initiating contact from our side, however, we will be happy to assist you in case you choose to re-initiate contact with us.

  6. Any last-minute (two hours or less) cancellation/missed appointments will not be refunded.

  7. In case a refund is applicable, it will be initiated within 5-7 business days from the day of requesting for it.

Delay in joining the session:

  1. In case you are unable to join in time, you need to inform us about the same before the session. If you join late, the therapist might not be able to extend the session time as the therapists have sessions scheduled back-to-back.

  2. If you have not informed us about the delay and you have not joined within 5-7 minutes of the session, the admin will get in touch with you over call/message. Further, if we are unable to get in touch with you and you do not join even 15 minutes after the session, the therapist can opt to log out of the call and full session charges will apply.

  3. In the event that the therapist is delayed for your scheduled session, the administrative team will promptly inform you of the delay. The therapist will compensate for the lost time by either extending the session or partially waiving the session fee, depending on the duration of the delay. However, if you are informed about the delay and choose to cancel the session entirely, the therapist will still charge for the remaining time of the session. For example, if you have a 60-minute session and the therapist is late by 15 minutes, the therapist will either extend the session by 15 minutes or waive 15 minutes’ worth of the fee (or apply it to a future session). If you decide to cancel the session due to the delay, the therapist will still charge you for the remaining 45 minutes.

Payments Policy

For New Clients:

Payment for the first session needs to be mandatorily made at least 48 hours in advance, else the slot might be given to someone else in waiting. Booking will be confirmed and meeting link will be shared only after the payment is received.

For Existing Clients: 

  1. Since you already have a working relationship with your therapist, please keep in mind that even if you just verbally confirm a slot, the therapist is going to keep that slot for you. Respecting the therapist's valuable time and expertise, kindly make the payment at least 24-48 hours prior to the session. That helps us plan the appointments and slots better.

  2. In case you do not make the payment even 24 hours before the session and have not responded to the admin's calls or messages too, the therapist is free to give that slot to someone else in waiting.

  3. However, on being contacted, if you have verbally confirmed the slot to the admin and have stated that you will be making the payment, but you have not paid even 4 hours prior to the session, the therapist is free to give that slot to someone else in waiting.
